President & CEO of Skills for Chicagoland’s Future. Marie Trzupek Lynch knows job placement – or just getting a job in general – is tougher than it it should be for employers and prospective employees. She joins the show to talk about working with the state and city governments, the overwhelming disparity between job openings and job applicants, what companies can do to better fill their openings and the critical importance of education and credentialing for the jobs of the future.
